Sheila Gilley, Tina's foster mom in LA, smiles as Kristina meets Tina for the first time.

While Marilyn’s legacy will live on as the face of Marilyn’s Voice, we are pleased to announce the arrival of our new spokes pup!

Rescued from a puppy mill in Louisiana by a group called LAPAW (Lake Area Partnership for Animal Welfare) and lovingly fostered by Sheila Gilley, Princess Tina has been adopted by Kristina Lange.

Princess Tina has her own sad story, living all 8 years of her life so far in a puppy mill in horrible conditions, and having her teeth removed by her captor with pliers after they rotted.  Princess Tina’s jaw is now receding because of this barbaric treatment.

As you are all aware, Princess Tina will now receive the best of care in Kristina’s home and in all of our hearts.

Special thanks to LAPAW for saving Tina and her family's lives and taking such good care of them.  Visit LAPAW at www.LAPAW.org

View KPLC-TV Lake Charles/Lafayette, Louisiana to see Tina on the Morning Show!

Special thanks to Continental Airlines who so generously donated a round trip flight for Kristina
to retrieve her new beloved companion.

Email from the Gentle Lady who rescued and fostered Teentsy:

Your timing is perfect --- I really needed a dose of "happy" today. So thrilled to hear about her going outside more. She never had the siezures with me, however on her vet records there was a visit to the vet I think and Crazy Ina said Tina had had seizure. It was hard to figure out what issues were being treated on those vet printouts. Poor baby, but the hypoglycemic might be a good guess with her being so tiny. She is so lucky to have you. I am thrilled that she is touching other lives as well and I still yearn for her every single time i look at her photo. But knowing she is in your hands and your heart makes it all worth while. I cherish the emails you send so please keep them coming. I am going to look at the new photos right now. And I haven't forgotten about the video. I have a few things to send and promise to go to post office this weekend with the care package. My life has been beyond scattered for the past couple weeks---I can hardly keep up. Thank goodness I work with psychiatrists!!!! Ha!

Please give big smooches and cuddles to my girl. Take Care and keep me posted on the vet stuff with Teentsy Bear.
